Stuffed Chicken Breast with ricotta. Tajine and grilled vegetables with honey.

Recipe for stuffed Chicken Breast with ricotta cheese. Delicious with the herbs from our shop!

How to make this flavourful dish?

1. It's best to start with your vegetables for this recipe. After all, these need the most time. Wash the vegetables and dry them. Dice the courgette. Remove the seeds and stalk from the pepper and cut into cubes.

2. Mix the diced peppers and courgettes together and place in an ovenproof dish. Place the cherry tomato bunches on top.

3. Drizzle liberally with olive oil. Now pour on plenty of honey. Season with fleur de sel and pepper. Place in a preheated oven at 180° degrees for about 40 minutes.

4. Toast the pine nuts until golden brown and leave to cool. Put the parmesan cheese into small cubes and put them in the mincer or blender. Grind finely.

5. Now add the pine nuts and grind finely again. Now add the clove of garlic and the fresh basil leaves. Blend again. Now add this mixture to your ricotta. Also add some fleur de sel and pepper and blend until smooth.

6. Lay the chicken fillets open and season with fleur de sel and pepper. Now put some of the ricotta mixture on top and spread open nicely.

7. Now add another spoonful of sundried tomato tapenade and brush open on a line. Now roll up the chicken fillets. Sprinkle them with the paprika mixture.

8. Now fry the chicken fillets golden brown on all sides in a pan with some olive oil. Reduce the oven from 180° to 150°C and add the chicken fillets for about 12 to 14 minutes to cook gently.

9. Put the ready-made tagine mixture in a heatproof bowl. Boil 500 ml of water and pour over the ready-made tagine mixture. Let stand for about 5 minutes and then drizzle liberally with olive oil . Mix together.

10. Now remove the chicken and vegetables from the oven. Arrange the stuffed chicken breast, grilled vegetables and tagine on a plate and serve. Enjoy!
