This refined fig balsamic is made in Modena, Italy, based on concentrated grape must, fig concentrate, and natural fig extract. The balsamic ages for 5 years in oak barrels, resulting in a deep, complex flavor and a beautiful balance between sweet and sour.
Produced by the renowned Malpighi family, who have been perfecting the craft of balsamic vinegar since 1850, this condiment is a true expression of tradition and quality. The result is a rich, velvety balsamic vinegar with a refined fig aroma and a long, elegant finish.
Taste & use:
A harmonious combination of sweet and sour balsamic vinegar with full, ripe fig notes. Ideal with white meat, fish, and salads, but also perfect with cheeses or fruit, especially caramelized fruit such as figs or melon. Pairs excellently with extra virgin olive oil or olive oil flavored with basil or garlic.
