Rustichella d'Abruzzo - Tortiglioni
Rustichella d'Abruzzo Tortiglioni is a classic Italian tubular pasta with characteristic spiral grooves. Made with high-quality wheat semolina and fresh spring water from the surrounding mountains, using a traditional process that guarantees top quality.
The pasta is slowly dried at a low temperature of 35°C, allowing the flavor to fully develop and the texture to remain firm. The bronze molds give the tortiglioni a rough texture, allowing sauces to adhere perfectly, from creamy cheese sauces to rich tomato sauces with meat or vegetables.
