How to order gifts?
Ordering a gift at Flavor Shop
You pick something delicious, we wrap it, write your message on a card and send it to whoever should receive it. There is nothing else for you to do.
Below you can read exactly how that works, what it costs and when to order.
How it works, in three steps

Choose your gift
Pick a ready-made hamper from the Flavor Moments, or put something together yourself: simply add to your basket whatever you think goes well together.

Let us wrap it
What it becomes depends on how you receive the gift: a shipping box, a kraft bag or a basket. You will find the details below.
We do the wrapping ourselves, with a lot of love.

Write your message
Add your text when you place your order. We write it by hand on a printed Flavor Shop card and tuck it in with the gift. That costs you nothing.

How it is wrapped
That depends on how you receive the gift. If you have it shipped, it goes into a sturdy box that can take the journey. If you pick it up yourself, you have a bit more choice.
Having it shipped?
This is how it arrives at the recipient.
Then everything goes into our gift box: kraft cardboard with our logo, filled up with paper filling so nothing shifts on the way. That box is the gift wrap as well - the recipient does not have to unwrap anything else.
€ 6.00, and it is the only option for shipping. A bag or a basket simply does not survive the courier.
Picking it up yourself?
A bag or a basket - you choose.
A gift bag costs € 0.50. We pack everything in our kraft bags, stand it upright in the bag and finish it off with a ribbon and a sticker.
A basket has more charm, and it is lovely to give. I choose the size myself depending on what goes in, so everything sits nicely without rattling, and finish it in cellophane with a bow. You pay for the basket at the till when you come to collect your order.
Let us know what you prefer when you order, and it will be ready for you.
The card with your message
Your words, our handwriting.
Every gift comes with a card, and it costs you nothing. It is a properly printed card with our logo on it - not a slip from the printer. You provide the text when you order, and we write it on by hand.
Keep it short or write a whole story, it makes no difference. Just do not forget your name: there is nothing worse than receiving a gift and not knowing who it is from.
And would you like to add a nice card the recipient can keep? We have an extensive range of greeting cards, something for every occasion.
Ordering for your company? Then we print the cards to measure, in your house style and with your text - exactly as you want them. More about that under corporate gifts.
No need to carry it around yourself
We send it straight to the person receiving it
At checkout, enter the recipient's address as the delivery address. We wrap it, add your card and send it off. The recipient gets a gift delivered that is ready to be given.
And no, there is no price or invoice inside. You get that by email. The recipient only sees your card.
To the webshopWill it arrive in time?
Everything I wrap, I wrap by hand. So give me a little room and it will be fine.
Collection in Gooik Order at least one day in advance. You will get an email as soon as it is ready.
Belgium and the Netherlands Two to three working days. We ship Monday to Friday with Bpost or DPD.
Other countries To France, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg, Italy, Portugal, Austria and Czechia it takes a little longer, and how much longer depends on the destination. See it per country.
Busy periods Around Mother's Day, Father's Day and the end-of-year season: a week in advance and you are safe.
Honestly: once the parcel leaves here it is with the postal service and out of my hands. So I cannot promise a fixed delivery day. If it really has to be there on a particular day, send me an email or call me - then we will work out together when it is best to send it off.
Several gifts to different addresses
Each parcel goes to one address, so you place a separate order for each address. If you have an account, you can simply copy a previous order - that saves a lot of typing.

Prefer a gift card?
Handy if you would rather leave the choice to the recipient - and there is plenty to choose from here.
The online gift card
You get a code that the recipient enters at checkout in the webshop.
The paper gift card
With a barcode, to use in the shop in Gooik as well as online. Lovely to actually hand over.
