This rum comes from the French island of Martinique and was distilled from pure sugarcane juice, classifying it as an agricole-style rum. The distillation took place in copper stills at an unnamed distillery. The label playfully refers to its origin with the question: “What if 007 was a Saint?” A wink that immediately makes connoisseurs think of a famous Martinique distillery.

The rum aged for 4 years and was bottled as a single cask in a limited edition of 279 bottles. With an alcohol percentage of 57.5%, this is a powerful and expressive rum, yet remarkably fresh and lively.
