Prosecco DOC Rosé Brut by Corte Giovanni: fine bubbles in a soft pink dress.
This rosé prosecco from northern Italy is exactly what you want when there's something to celebrate — big or small. Made from Glera and a touch of Pinot Nero, with a delicate soft-pink colour and a fine, persistent perlage. On the palate it's fresh and dry (brut), with juicy red fruit and an elegant finish.
Tasting notes
- Colour: delicate soft pink, with a fine mousse.
- Nose: strawberry, raspberry and a floral hint.
- Palate: fresh, dry and fruity, with lively bubbles.
How I serve it
Well chilled (6–8 °C), neat as an aperitif — and the perfect base for a fresh spritz.
Lovely with
- An aperitif board with charcuterie and cheese.
- Dishes with fish, sushi or shellfish.
- Light pasta or a fruity dessert.
My tip: serve it in a tulip glass rather than a narrow flute — that's how the aromas show best.
Origin: Prosecco DOC, Italy. Contents: 75 cl — Alcohol: 11% vol.
