Pink 47 is a distinctive London Dry Gin produced in small batches according to a recipe with 12 botanicals. The base consists of Italian juniper berries, complemented by two types of angelica and two varieties of coriander.

On top of that come citrus fruits and almonds from Spain, West African nutmeg, and various exotic spices from the East. This combination gives the gin a broad aromatic structure in which classic juniper, citrus, soft spiciness, and warm spices come together beautifully.

With an alcohol percentage of 47% vol., Pink 47 clearly has power, but thanks to quadruple distillation, the texture remains remarkably smooth. The gin is full and complex without becoming sharp, with a fresh, dry, and convincing finish.

The bottle is at least as recognizable as the gin itself. The faceted shape is reminiscent of a cut diamond and emphasizes the clarity and pure appearance of the spirit. As a result, Pink 47 is not only a strong choice in the glass, but also an eye-catcher in the bar.

Tasting notes:

Perfect Serve:
Fill a large balloon glass with plenty of ice, pour in the gin, and top off with a neutral premium tonic. Garnish with a fine citrus zest. Preferably choose a tonic that is not too sweet, so that the juniper and spices come through beautifully.
