The Holy Smoke Peppery Steak Seasoning is the rub for true lovers of a good steak. This mix is rich in freshly ground black pepper, garlic, onion and herbs that together provide a robust, spicy and savory flavor profile - perfect for entrecote, ribeye, bavette or even lamb chops.

Each batch is carefully hand-blended in small batches, using only AAA-grade spices. Holy Smoke works with small-scale growers who are often DOP-certified – for pure, honest ingredients without compromise. In addition to flavor, this rub also gives a nice crust and helps keep meat tender and juicy during grilling or baking.

Whether you're pan-frying or grilling over an open flame, this rub will take your steak to steakhouse level.

 

Usage Tips & Inspiration:

  • Steak: Rub generously on ribeye, sirloin or tenderloin – let it soak for at least 30 minutes.

  • Lamb: Delicious on lamb chops or grilled lamb skewers.

  • Poultry: Also great on chicken thighs or turkey fillet for a spicy bite.
