This exclusive gift set from Ladolea combines two pure flavourings from Greece: an organic extra virgin olive oil from the rare Patrinia olive and a hand-harvested “fleur de sel”, known locally as Afrina , sourced from the sea surface ( Afros ) of the historic salt lagoon of Messolonghi.

The olive oil is harvested early in November in the coastal village of Melissi (Corinthia) and cold-pressed at less than 27°C. The result is a light golden oil with a delicate and sweet aroma, notes of banana and herbs, and a particularly smooth flavor that pairs perfectly with light dishes, salads, fish, and even sweet dishes.

The fleur de sel is harvested by hand in August and is characterized by its delicate salty flavor with a subtle bitterness, a moist texture, and crisp white crystals. Ideal as a finishing touch on meat, fish, salads, and refined desserts.

The set is presented in unique ceramic jars. Not only stylish but also functional. The oil jar is equipped with a pipette for precise dosing, while the salt shaker comes with a wooden spoon and a cork lid.

Usage tips:

- Salads: Add a few drops of Patrinia oil with a pinch of fleur de sel for an elegant, clean finish.
- Fish: Drizzle the oil over grilled sea bream or sea bass and finish with a pinch of salt.
