Discover the beautiful Le Couchon Bianca Campania, a well-thought-out and perfect blend of the Fiano grape (33.3%), Falanghina (33.3%) and the Greco grape (33.3%) from the enchanting Campania . Each of these grapes brings its own unique contribution to the table, offering a flavorful palette that you will only want to explore more.

The Greco grape is most appreciated for its powerful and tropical flavors, with a diversity of nuances and complexity. On the other hand, the Fiano provides freshness, vitality and pure refinement to the wine, while the Falanghina grape especially adds a tasty bouquet (Viognier) to the whole.

We work with an exclusive collection of vines with an average age of 25 years, located in Avellino. The grape harvest (September-October) here is still done by hand and radiates true passion. All three grape varieties are vinified separately with refinement and delicacy. After fermentation, 80% of these grapes are blended and stored in stainless steel tanks 'Sur Lie', which enhances the intensity of the grape. This not only ensures a richer, but also a finer and more complex taste. The remaining 20% of each grape variety ferments in new French oak barrels for approximately 45 days. The ultimate blend is made in mid-December. After bottling, the wine is stored for at least a month, guaranteeing a divine and exclusive white wine. Le Couchon Bianca Campania is born.

The scent of Le Couchon Bianca Campania is rich in tropical fresh fruit such as banana and vanilla. On the palate it is perfectly balanced with dry and full flavors and hints of citrus in the aftertaste.
