Rustichella d'Abruzzo - Casareccia
Rustichella d'Abruzzo Casareccia is an artisanal pasta with a characteristic, slightly rolled shape, originally from southern Italy. This shape allows sauces to perfectly adhere to the pasta's natural grooves.
Made with high-quality wheat semolina and pure spring water from the surrounding mountains, and then slowly dried at 35°C, this pasta retains its full flavor and firm texture. The pasta is also pulled through bronze molds, which gives it a slightly rough exterior. Ideal for adhering to any type of sauce.
Casareccia is particularly suitable for rich sauces with meat or vegetables, but also delicious in its simplicity with olive oil and fresh herbs.
