De Cort Whisky Geuze is a unique beer that reflects the soul of the Pajottenland. Brewed with 100% in-house lambic, sourced from local grain and spontaneous fermentation, this forms the pure basis of this special creation.
After maturing for nearly two years in French oak wine casks, this gueuze acquires its refined character. But the real difference lies in the finish: an additional maturation of at least 10 months in freshly emptied single malt whisky casks from the distillery itself. This creates an unprecedented taste experience in which lambic and whisky blend seamlessly.
These whisky casks impart not only wood influences but also subtle notes of the remaining single malt whisky. The result is a complex, layered, and perfectly balanced beer: a true “whisky-infused” gueuze.
With a production of only ± 2,000 numbered bottles, this is an exclusive and limited edition where craftsmanship, sustainability, and a short supply chain take center stage.

Fresh and lively with typical lambic acidity, complemented by soft wood notes, light vanilla, and subtle whisky influences for a round, complex finish.
