De Cort Single Malt Virgin Oak 2025 is a whisky for the true connoisseur. Distilled in 2020 in copper Holstein stills and subsequently matured for 5 years in new French oak casks (Virgin Oak), this expression reflects the interplay between distillate and fresh wood in its purest form.

While many whiskies opt for complex finishes in ex-bourbon or sherry casks, De Cort remains true to one cask, one story. No finishing, no masking – just the natural evolution of spirit and wood. The medium-toasted casks ensure a deep and rich flavour development, in which notes of vanilla, caramel, and warm wood influences are perfectly balanced.

Thanks to the unique whole-grain distillation process and extended fermentation, refined fruit esters are created that give this whisky extra depth and elegance. The result is a smooth yet characterful single malt with a long, harmonious finish.
