Truffle cheese
This Gouda cheese is generously spread with a tapenade packed with fresh summer truffles and then matured for approximately 16 weeks. During this process, the rich, earthy truffle aromas penetrate deeply into the cheese. The result is a luxurious, full-bodied flavor that adds a festive touch to any gathering.

Mustard & Dill
For this variation, coarse mustard and fresh dill are slowly incorporated into the cheese. This creates a fresh, slightly spicy, and herby note. It's no wonder this is one of the most popular flavor combinations in the Benelux.
