An Orkney 6 Years is a whiskey that is part of the famous Original Collection from Cadenhead & Co, Scotland's oldest independent bottler since 1842. Cadenhead's distillery, located in the Orkney Islands, is known for its artisanal approach and passion for perfecting whisky.

This 6 year old single malt is matured in 100% bourbon barrels, resulting in a wonderfully creamy whisky.

Tasting notes:
- On the nose: aromas of hay, vanilla biscuits and flowering gorse.
- On the palate: notes of heather honey, dry smoldering coal, nougat and golden syrup on the palate.
- Aftertaste: hints of pineapple, syrup waffles, sea salt and oat cookies.
