Near Epernay, located on the slopes of the Montagne de Reims and very close to the Marne Valley, in Avenay-Val-d'Or is the Crucifix Père et Fils champagne house, part of a traditional wine-growing family for more than 5 generations .

The vineyard is located on the terroir of Avenay-Val-d'Or, classified as Premier Cru of the Champagne region. The plots consist of the two noble grape varieties of Champagne, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

This cuvée d'exception results from fermentation and maturation in French oak barrels.

Characteristics:
- On the nose: complex and intense nose with aromas of honey, grilled almond and hazelnut.
- On the palate: rounded, creamy and persistent mouthfeel with flavors of stewed fruit . Delicate woody, vanilla notes.

Grape variety: 80% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir
