The gin combines a double dose of juniper with fresh yuzu and spicy Szechuan pepper. The result is a distinct, full-bodied, and perfectly balanced gin with a sturdy backbone of juniper, vibrant citrus, and a warming peppery finish. Despite its high alcohol content, Cannonball remains surprisingly smooth on the palate, thanks to the rich botanicals and extra citrus oils.
