Dulce is a Belgian amaretto with almond and vanilla flavouring, at 18%. Lighter than the classic Italian amaretto, and made for mixing. The 25 cl bottle is ideal for a first taste or as a small gift.

Taste

Smooth and sweet, with the typical note of almond and a round vanilla finish.

How I serve it

• Dulce Vita: the recipe from the label: 5 cl Dulce, the juice of half a lemon and 10 cl passion fruit juice, shaken hard with ice.
• Amaretto sour: with lemon juice and a dash of sugar syrup, over ice.
• Neat: over one large ice cube, after dinner.
• In the kitchen: a dash in tiramisu or over vanilla ice cream.
