Dulce is a Belgian amaretto with almond and vanilla flavouring, at 18%. Lighter than the classic Italian amaretto, and made for mixing. The large bottle with its wooden stopper looks good on the bar.

Taste

Smooth and sweet, with the typical note of almond and a round vanilla finish.

How I serve it

• Dulce Vita: the recipe from the label: 5 cl Dulce, the juice of half a lemon and 10 cl passion fruit juice, shaken hard with ice.
• Amaretto sour: with lemon juice and a dash of sugar syrup, over ice.
• Neat: over one large ice cube, after dinner.
• In the kitchen: a dash in tiramisu or over vanilla ice cream.
