How I use it

• On bread: on fresh bread or toast with a little butter.
• At breakfast: a spoonful stirred into yoghurt with nuts or granola.
• With cheese: next to an aged cheese or a fresh goat's cheese.
• In tea: let the tea cool a little first, then stir in a spoonful.
