Pure Flavor Summer Honey comes from blended EU honey and is harvested from the rich blooms of summer. This honey is mild and neutral in character, but slightly more powerful in taste than spring honey. Due to the large variety of flowers during the summer harvest, the aroma can vary slightly from year to year – making every jar unique.

Summer honey is versatile and loved by those who prefer a slightly more intense, but still accessible honey flavour.

Foodpairing:
Delicious with mature cheeses or on a summer cheese board. Delicious in yoghurt or over fresh seasonal fruit. Also ideal as a natural sweetener in sauces, dressings or glazes.

Storage advice:
Store in a dark, dry place. For a good spreadability, store at room temperature.
