Rustichella d'Abruzzo - Capellini

Rustichella d'Abruzzo Capellini, also known as angel hair, is produced in Italy with the utmost care and craftsmanship. Made with high-quality wheat semolina and fresh spring water from the surrounding mountains, this pasta is the perfect base for light and refined dishes.

The slow drying process at 35°C optimally preserves both flavor and texture. The pasta is also drawn through bronze molds, resulting in a slightly rough texture that allows sauces to adhere perfectly.

Capellini is ideal for quick dishes with an elegant touch. Perfect with light sauces, olive oil, or a simple tomato base.
