The Bollinger PN AYC 18 is an ode to the terroir of Aÿ, the main cru in this blend. As the fourth release in the PN series, this cuvée is based on the 2018 harvest, supplemented with reserve wines from Tauxières and Verzenay, among others. Some reserve wines even come from 2009, which adds extra depth and complexity.

This champagne is composed of 100% Pinot Noir, with a maturation period that is twice as long as legally required. The result is a wine with character, structure and layering.

Tasting notes:
- On the nose: A rich aromatic palette of honey, candied citrus, quince and fruit jelly. Subtle notes of almond paste, blood orange and a hint of menthol provide a refined spiciness.
- In the mouth: Serene, structured and full. The wine opens subdued but develops rich and spacious in the mouth
- Finish: Full of candied citrus that enhances the freshness
