Distilled in 2008 from 100% Baco grapes, matured in Gascon French oak barrels, and bottled at cask strength (50.2%) without chill filtration or colouring. Only 200 bottles were produced, making this a rare collector's item within Swell de Spirits' daring Wild Series.

Tasting notes:
- On the nose: Eccentric and layered. Think rubber bathing cap, algae, varnish from old wooden boats, wet leaves, second-hand books, chili chocolate, inkwells, and snippets of tobacco, cinnamon and vanilla cream.
- On the palate: Funky and sassy. From antiseptic lotion and egg drop to BBQ ribs, sambal lamb, dark chocolate, chili olives, satin sheets and geranium leaves – every sip is a scene in itself.
- Finish: Spicy spare ribs and spicy olives on a wooden skewer – intense, warm and distinctive.
