This exceptional expression of Swell de Spirits was distilled in 1991 and finished for 16 months in an ex-Caroni rum cask, followed by 3 months rest in a demi-john. Bottling at cask strength (53.5% alc.) ensures a pure, untamed experience. Only 180 bottles worldwide.

Tasting notes:
- On the nose: Sweet notes of ripe yellow fruit dominate, with juicy peaches in the foreground. Sour candy provides freshness, followed by subtle aromas of fresh glue, toasted oak, brioche and almond.
- In the mouth: Silky smooth with a clean start of ripe fruit. Then smoky, empyreumatic notes take over: melted rubber, a hint of petrol, supported by fine acidity that brings balance.
- Finish: Long, lively and balanced. Ripe fruit bursts forth once more, with a salty accent that adds length. Soft spices and a hint of black fruits provide an elegant finale.
