The ABECASSIS Cognac Grande Champagne VS is a tribute to the best that Cognac has to offer. This refined spirit comes from the prestigious Grande Champagne region, also known as the 'Heart of Cognac', and is produced entirely on a single estate – a textbook example of a “Single Estate Cognac”.

The cognac has a clear, golden yellow colour and reveals on the nose a lively bouquet of fresh fruits, fine citrus zest and slender wine peaches, rounded off with a seductive, spring-fresh floral note.

In the mouth it starts refined and smooth, with elegant aromas of flowers such as vine blossom and lilac. Then fruity notes of peach develop, perfectly balanced with a subtle, noble woody note. The result is a fresh and harmonious profile that knows how to charm both connoisseurs and enthusiasts.

The bottle features a stylised angel wing motif – a subtle nod to the maturation process, which sees the ‘angel’s part’ rise from the barrels.
