Tomatin 2008 15 Year Palo Cortado Edition is the second part of the exclusive Sherry Collection from Tomatin. Distilled in 2008 and matured for no less than 15 years, of which a significant part in rare Palo Cortado sherry casks, this Highland single malt shows how elegance and power can be in perfect balance.

The nose offers enticing aromas of caramel toffee and dried orange, followed by full flavours of milk chocolate, Brazil nuts and a hint of toasted fruitcake bread on the palate. The finish is complex and spicy, with notes of black tea and ginger root that slowly fade away.

As you would expect from a quality whisky like this, it is non-chill filtered and contains no artificial colours – pure craftsmanship in every drop.
