The Tomatin 2014 10 Year Manzanilla Edition is the first expression in the Tomatin Distillery’s exclusive Sherry Collection. This limited-edition Highland single malt was distilled in 2014 and matured for ten years, the last two years in carefully selected Manzanilla sherry casks.

The result? A whisky with a lively and characterful nose of sourdough bread and salted popcorn, followed by complex flavours of dried fruits, chamomile tea, grapefruit, maple syrup and a hint of salted walnuts. The finish is typical Manzanilla: slightly salty, with a warm touch of brown butter.

Non-chill-filtered and completely natural in colour, this whisky is a tribute to the art of sherry cask maturation — a perfect fusion of Scottish tradition and Spanish elegance.
