The Tomatin 2006 17 Year Pedro Ximénez Edition forms the third and final part of the Tomatin Distillery’s prestigious Sherry Collection. This unique single malt whisky matured for 17 years, the last 8 years in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks – renowned for their sweet, lush character.

The nose is full of enticing aromas of sticky toffee pudding and espresso. The palate reveals layers of lemon curd, golden syrup, with underlying notes of dates, dried figs and muscovado sugar. The finish is long, warm and intense, with deep nuances of rum & raisins and dark chocolate.

As usual with Tomatin, this whisky is non-chill filtered and completely natural in colour – pure, honest and refined.
