During this period, you are advised to avoid contact as much as possible and thus stay at home as much as possible. But one of your loved ones is having a birthday? You want to surprise someone? You want to support someone or give them a boost? We deliver your present with a personalised message!

In your shopping basket, you can choose to add a gift wrapping and a card (with your personal message and name). Keep in mind that bpost is currently experiencing delays. We do everything possible to have your parcel sent on time.

This is why we offer special services.

Free delivery:
⇾ Your gifts will be delivered with bpost. These deliveries are free if the amount of your order exceeds 75 euros and this throughout Belgium and the Netherlands.
Free delivery from 75 euros we offer to individuals for online orders to be delivered to one address.

Paid delivery:
⇾ If the amount of your order is lower than 75 euros, you will contribute 6.50 euros for delivery costs in Belgium. This rate applies to orders placed via the webshop and does not apply to company orders.

Would you like to collect your order yourself in our shop? Of course you can! We will deliver your order for free, regardless of the amount. You will receive an e-mail as soon as your order is ready. Ask for your order at the checkout. The shop will remain open according to normal opening hours provided that preventive measures are observed. You can find all information about this here.

When will your parcels arrive?

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday with bpost. After placing your order, you will receive a track & trace link. However, there are occasional delays at bpost, such as during the end-of-year period.

Keep in mind that we need time to prepare your gifts in perfect order. We prepare a gift by putting together all the products, adding your greeting card with a personal message and wrapping it. Then your order is ready for shipment. So be sure to order on time. Especially if you want to place an order during a busy period, such as the end-of-year period.

Would you like to send gifts to multiple addresses? Then we would like to ask you to place several orders. That way we immediately know where to deliver each gift. This is easier if you create a customer account. In your account, you can copy orders.
