Shipping:

Concerning the delivery of your online purchases at Flavor Shop

We deliver our products throughout Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, Germany, France and other countries. We restrict ourselves to countries in the European Zone. Of course, you can always pick up your package at our shop.
Orders are delivered via bpost Monday to Friday.
Delivery time: We ensure that your parcel is posted within 2 working days.
We do not ship parcels on Mondays.

Delivery costs:

The rates below apply to consumers. Different rates apply for companies.

Bpost:

Belgium: for any order over 75 euros, delivery is free.
Otherwise we charge 6.95 euro delivery costs.

Netherlands: for every order from 75 euros, delivery is free.
Otherwise, we charge 6.95 euro delivery costs.

France: 14.70 euros
Germany: 10.30 euros. Free delivery for orders from 100 euros.
Luxembourg: Free delivery for orders from 100 euros. For any order less than 100 euros, we charge 12.70 euros delivery costs.

Spain and Portugal: 40.20 euros

Italy: 31.20 euros

Czech Republic: 38.20 euros

Austria: 72.50 euros

If you choose to collect your parcel from our shop, it goes without saying that we will not charge you any delivery costs.

We use shipping services that determine their own delivery routes and delivery times. As a result, we have no influence on the exact time your order is delivered to the receiving address.

Returns:

You bought a non-food product or placed an order you're not happy with? We're sorry to hear that! Fortunately, you can return products within 14 days of receipt if you ordered as a consumer. You don't even have to give a reason for this at all. So 'because' is just fine. We do our utmost to arrange the refund within 10 working days.

Please note that food products cannot be returned.

How to return?

Send your product(s) in safe packaging and enclose a copy of the invoice. Then we can easily find everything and arrange everything smoothly. You can also return the products free of charge in our shop.
