For two days the doors are open, the jars come open and you get to taste absolutely everything.
Come in without a plan. Taste your way along the shelves, ask me anything about where something comes from, and go home with something you never knew you were looking for. Both days from 10am to 6pm — Sunday included, which I never otherwise do.

A little gift is waiting for you
Every customer (with a purchase from 10 euros) takes one home, while stocks last. What it will be I am not giving away yet — only that it is something tasty, and that it comes from our own range.
Sign up in advance and I will set one aside for you. Then it is certain, even if you only breeze in on Sunday afternoon.
It also tells me straight away how many people to expect. That is good news for you, because it means the tasting jars are still full when you walk in.

No timetable, no set route. You come in whenever it suits you, stay as long as it tastes good, and take away all the flavor you can carry.
Tasting, and tasting again
Two olive oils side by side, the mild one next to the peppery one — and in one go you taste why that one costs more. Tapenades and pestos, delicacies, and a spice blend you have never seen on a shelf before.
Do ask where something comes from, I can go on about it for quite a while. And if you come across something that clicks, I will tell you right away how to use it at home — because a jar that stays in the cupboard is no use to anyone.
The makers are here in person
Some of my suppliers will be standing behind the tasting table themselves this weekend. That is the difference between a jar off the shelf and the story of the person who made it.
Ask them for the inside information, that is what they came for. I am even making room for it: our Flavor Lab is open all weekend.

Parking We have our own car park, and there is plenty of room along the main road. You will not have to go looking.
