Nougat Amaretto is an artisanal delicacy traditionally made with roasted almonds, honey, and egg white. The top is topped with soft amaretto biscuits (amaretti), which add texture and flavor.

The nougat is firm yet melts softly in the mouth, with a lovely balance of sweet, nutty, and slightly bitter. Delicious as a refined snack, gift, or as an exclusive addition to a dessert platter.
