Whitley Neill Gin
Whitley Neill gin is a small batch English gin. Whitley Neill is fired in copper stills and uses botanicals such as African 'baobab' and coriander. This fresh citrus gin with floral notes won gold at the Spirits Challenge in 2013. It is best to combine the Whitley Neill gin with a neutral tonic such as the Fever Tree Premium tonic. As a garnish, use some lemon zest, orange zest, coriander and a physalis as an eye-catcher.
In addition to juniper berries, we find cocoa, various herbs, citrus fruits and many exotic fruits as botanicals in this gin. This makes the gin not only fruity and peppery, but also subtly floral, which makes it wonderfully soft in general.
