Taste
Reblochon is the creamy cheese from Savoie, famous from tartiflette. Here it brings a rich cheesy flavour, with the sweetness of onion, in a crunchy biscuit.
How I serve them
- With drinks: with a white wine from Savoie or a chardonnay.
- On a cheese board: as a crunchy counterpart to soft cheeses.
- With soup: next to a bowl of onion or pumpkin soup.

wheat flour, Reblochon PDO (15.04%) (milk, salt, cultures), rapeseed oil, starch, sugar, onion (2.26%), salt, raising agents: sodium bicarbonate, tartaric acid.
