Taste
Wild garlic grows in spring woodland: fresh and green, milder than ordinary garlic. In a crunchy, slightly sandy biscuit with a savoury finish.
How I serve them
- With drinks: with a glass of sauvignon blanc or a crisp blonde beer.
- With fresh cheese: with a young goat's cheese or herb cheese.
- With a salad: crumbled over a spring salad.
Pair them with the other Le Petit Biscuit flavours for a varied nibbles board.
