Cocktail Crisp Dip 100 g

Everyone knows cocktail sauce from a prawn cocktail. Smaakgeheimen turned it into a dip for crisps: creamy, with tomato and yoghurt, and with Peppadew, the small sweet-and-spicy peppers from South Africa. A 100 g jar, enough for a big bag of crisps.

Taste

Sweet and creamy, with the freshness of tomato and yoghurt and a light tingle from the Peppadew. Mild enough for everyone at the table. Stir before use.

How I use it

  • With crisps: of course: ready salted, crinkle-cut or tortilla chips.
  • With prawns: with peeled prawns for a quick prawn cocktail.
  • With chips: instead of ketchup or mayo.
  • On toast: with a piece of smoked salmon and a little dill.

Got this jar as a gift?
