For production, spices and botanicals are macerated in grape alcohol for several days. This is followed by distillation in a copper still. The distillate is then mixed with a natural infusion of mango and passion fruit.

The mango provides a soft, ripe, and almost creamy fruitiness, while passion fruit adds a fresh, slightly tart tension. This creates a lively and beautifully balanced gin with a distinct tropical character. The fruit flavors are intense but remain harmonious thanks to the soft grape base.

40 ml June by G'Vine Mango & Passion Fruit
120ml Tonic Water
1 lime wedge
Ice

Preparation:
Fill a large glass with ice. Add the gin and carefully pour in the tonic. Stir briefly and garnish with a lime wedge.
