These delicious vegan crackers with smoked paprika are made according to a tradition dating back to 1926. That year, Lady Joseph opened her tea room in Haro, La Rioja, Spain. She soon began baking thin, crispy cookies using the finest flours and family recipes from her childhood. Travelers visiting Haro were captivated by her pure, rich flavors. Today, the family proudly continues this artisanal tradition.
The crackers have the rough, artisanal shape of handmade Italian lingue and are enriched with smoked paprika and olive oil, which creates a subtle smokiness and a slightly spicy note. Their fine texture and deep flavor make them ideal for foodies who appreciate authentic, high-quality products.
Serving suggestion:
Delicious with eggplant caviar, tapenades, hummus, or as a refined base for an aperitif with Mediterranean dips. Also perfect with a good glass of wine.
