Crackers with black truffle 80 g

These delicious artisanal vegan crackers with black truffle and olive oil are made entirely naturally: without additives, artificial colors, palm oil, or GMOs. Only pure ingredients and traditional craftsmanship.

For these special crackers, the olive oil is carefully infused with black truffle (Tuber melanosporum Vitt.), known for its intense flavor and refined aroma. The truffles are harvested in the Spanish town of Sarrión (Teruel), home to the world's largest oak plantation. This region is renowned worldwide for its exceptional truffle quality.

In addition, Tuber Aestivum (summer truffle) is also valued for its dark hue and characteristic aroma and flavour, which are subtly reflected in these refined crackers.

The flour is traditionally stone-milled, resulting in a more nutritious and aromatic result than industrially milled flour. The dough then rests for 12 hours and is slow-baked to preserve nutrients and create an extra-fine, elegant crispness.

The result: a thin, artisanal cracker with a deep truffle flavour and a subtly crunchy bite.

 

Serving suggestion:
Enjoy it pure or served with refined cheeses, fine sausages or a piece of foie gras – just as Lady Joseph preferred to present it.

 

Ingredients: WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), olive oil (20%), salt and black truffle (0.5%).
