How to make the Pineut Matcha Latte Cake

  1. Preheat the oven to 150°C (convection).

  2. Place the butter, eggs and milk in a mixing bowl and mix for 2 minutes until fluffy.

  3. Add the contents of the pot, along with a pinch of salt.

  4. Mix until a smooth batter is formed.

  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking tin.

  6. Bake the cake in the middle of the oven for 50 minutes.

  7. Let it cool down and… enjoy your homemade matcha treat!
