This limited release features wild Scottish blackberries, providing a soft, fruity sweetness. They're perfectly balanced by the refreshing, resinous aroma of pine needles and the vibrant citrus nuance of sea buckthorn. Combined with the recognizable juniper note of the classic Red Door, this creates a layered, full-bodied gin with a wonderfully warming character.

- 50 ml Red Door Highland Gin with autumn spices
- 25 ml fresh lemon juice
- 12.5 ml sugar syrup
- 10 ml Crème de Mure

Add the first three ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, shake vigorously, and strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a tumbler glass. Add more crushed ice if needed. Lightly sprinkle the Crème de Mure over the drink, allowing it to seep through the crushed ice. Garnish with a lemon slice and a blackberry.
