Foodpairing:
Delicious with fresh goat cheese or young cheeses. Delicious over strawberries, raspberries or other red fruit. Also ideal as a soft sweetener in a vinaigrette or yoghurt dressing.

Storage advice:
Store in a dark, dry place. For a good spreadability, store at room temperature.
