Birger kicks off the evening with a mini-tasting during which we discover four different gins from the extensive Flavor Shop range. Be surprised by the unique flavors and aromas of each gin while Birger shares his knowledge with us.
After the tasting it is time to toast a wonderful evening with a refreshing gin and tonic as an aperitif.< /p>
Then we really get to work! In small groups we will put together a delicious menu, inspired by gin. From starter to main course and dessert, each dish will be infused with a hint of gin and pair perfectly with complementary flavors.
After the dishes are prepared, we come together to enjoy our creations. It will be an evening full of fun, taste and enjoyment that you will not soon forget!
