Cocktail tip: Puffin Berry Smash

• 50 ml Puffin Gold Gin
• 25 ml fresh lemon juice
• 15 ml cane sugar syrup
< li>4-6 fresh mint leaves
• Handful of fresh raspberries
• Ice cubes
• Fresh mint leaves and raspberries, to garnish

1. Place the fresh mint leaves and raspberries in a cocktail shaker and tamp gently to release the flavours.
2. Add the Puffin Gold Gin, fresh lemon juice and syrup to the shaker, along with a handful of ice cubes.
3. Close the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds, so that all ingredients are well mixed and cooled.
4. Fill a glass with fresh ice cubes and strain the contents of the shaker into the glass.
5. Garnish the cocktail with a few fresh mint leaves and raspberries.
