Del Professore Bitter is a bitter liqueur inspired by recipes popular in Central Europe in the 19th century. It is made from a blend of natural herbs and spices, including gentian, rhubarb, orange, juniper, cascarilla and cinnamon. The liqueur is made by infusing the herbs and spices in grain alcohol.

Del Professore Bitter has an intense ruby red color and a complex taste. The bitter notes of gentian and rhubarb are complemented by the sweet notes of orange and the spicy notes of juniper, cascarilla and cinnamon. The liqueur has a soft aftertaste.

Del Professore Bitter is perfect as an aperitif, but can also be used in cocktails. Try it in a Negroni, an Americano or an Old Fashioned, for example.
