For prosecco you can choose between spumante and frizzante. The difference between these two sparkling wines is the pressure in the bottle. And therefore also the number of bubbles. The pressure in the bottle for a frizzante is less than 3 bar. This makes the bubbles lighter than a spumante. The frizzante is a pleasant wine, dry and light and very accessible.
