Watt Whisky
Watt Whisky – independent whisky bottler with passion
Watt Whisky is an independent bottler based in Campbeltown, Scotland, that carefully selects and bottles exceptional whiskies from various regions. Founded by Mark and Kate Watt, whisky experts with over 40 years of industry experience, the brand focuses on honest, flavorful whiskies that people enjoy drinking.
The story behind Watt Whisky
Watt Whisky was born from Mark and Kate Watt's extensive experience in the Scotch whisky world—including at established companies like Cadenhead's and Springbank—and their desire to create their own vision of whisky.
In 2019–2020, they decided to establish their own independent bottling company, the Campbeltown Whisky Company Ltd., and the very first bottlings were released in autumn 2020. Since then, the label has built a diverse and internationally recognized portfolio that appeals to whisky enthusiasts who value taste and character.
Campbeltown is a historic whisky region on the Kintyre Peninsula, once known for dozens of distilleries and now one of Scotland's smallest yet most iconic whisky regions — a fitting home for an independent bottler.
