From the 50,000 casks maturing in GlenAllaChie's 16 warehouses, Billy Walker, the Master Blender, hand-selects a small batch for the single cask series. With an exceptional passion for the wood policy, Billy closely follows the development of the whiskey until he finds that the perfect balance has been achieved between the character of the distillery and the influence of the wood.

From this barrel ( Cask 804032) only 688 bottles were bottled. This makes this whiskey a real collector's item.

Characteristics:
- On the nose: rich in chocolate and ginger spice, with notes of syrup, butterschotch and fruit punch.
- In the mouth: wave of heather honey, sultanas and orange peel
- Finish: mocha, pineapple and fig syrup.
