The largest bowl in the range, and the widest with it. Eleven centimetres across and 200 ml: this is no longer canapé size but a proper starter, or a portion of nuts that lasts the whole aperitif.

Because it is wide and low, whatever you put in it stays open and visible. That is a different effect from the deep bowls, where you have to look inside. Get all the flavor out of it and use it for something that looks good.

The glaze is reactive, so blue, brown, grey or sea green, each piece with its own gradation.

What you can do with it

• a starter: carpaccio, a small burrata, marinated vegetables
• nuts, crisps or olives in a size that is not empty after ten minutes
• a breakfast bowl: yoghurt with fruit

Sold one at a time, without a tray. Combine with the smaller sizes for a table where not everything is the same size.
